Camping and Field Rules
All participants must read, understand and sign the park rules (attached to waiver) listed below
Any violation of the safety rules will result in immediate and mandatory ejection from the field and/or premises
Everyone entering the park has to read and fully understand the liability waivers, if you don’t understand – ask. Proof of identity is required – NO EXCEPTIONS Participants age 18 or under will have to have parent/legal guardian waiver must either be notarized or signed by a RHWZ representative. NO EXCEPTIONS. Waiver is valid for one year and kept on file to prove identification. You will be assigned a permanent member number upon waiver submission.
You will be provided a wrist band to be worn at all times.. this helps to control un authorized people from participating. This band must be kept on at all times, you will not be allowed to re-enter the same day without the wrist band. Wrist band must be visible all the time.
NO DRUGS – If found the authorities will be called and you will be permanently barred from entering the park again.
NO TOBACCO USE
NO ATV’s allowed with the exception of those used by staff members.
NO chainsaws allowed to be used to gather fire wood; you may pick up dead wood.
NO fireworks to be used anywhere on property
NO glass allowed, plastic or aluminum cans only, let’s be green and recycle, sort aluminum cans and plastic in the receptacles provided.
NO VERBAL ABUSE including, but not limited to: profanity, name-calling, or racial, ethnic, and/or religious slurs will not be tolerated.
NO UNAUTHORIZED EQUIPMENT or potentially dangerous gear is allowed. All firearms, knives, machetes, paint mines, etc. Are strictly prohibited. The field operator must approve all equipment prior to use
NO CONSTRUCTION OF BOOBY TRAPS
NO PHYSICAL CONTACT between players or with judging officials
NO CLIMBING of trees, vehicles. Guest may not enter, climb on top, or go under any vehicle.
All markers will be chronoed at 280 fps or under. We reserves the right to inspect and / or test the velocity of any marker used within the facility at any time
Do not leave air tanks sit in the sun. They may explode
Do not use paintballs from off the ground. They will break in your paintgun and dirt will damage the barrel
All guns must have a trigger guard installed. All guns must be actual semi-auto. A semi-automatic Marker does qualify for the program without approval if it is Gravity Fed or Tractor Fed at a rate of NO MORE than (15) fifteen balls per second.
Throwing paintballs and or pouring them on the ground is prohibited. Dispose of paintballs in the trash
Overshooting will NOT be tolerated!
PROPERTY & EQUIPMENT MODIFICATIONS ARE PROHIBITED. Players are not allowed to modify safety goggles, rental markers, bunkers, or any property on the premises.

protection are allowed. Modifications are strictly prohibited.
NO SHOOTING in any areas other than the designated playing field and/or target range. No shooting into or out of the registration area, neutral zones, or parking area or at wildlife or automobiles. Markers may only be discharged on the active field of play or target range.
NO BLIND SHOOTING Players must look at what they are shooting.
ALL JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL Players or spectators will not be allowed to argue with the referees under any circumstances.
BARREL BLOCKING DEVICES must be used at all times in every area of the property other than the designated playing field and target range. Barrel blocking devices must be specifically designed and manufactured for paintball markers. Barrel Plugs are no longer adequate.
You are responsible for any damage or injury you might cause others or receive from others. RHWZ is NOT responsible. Enjoy our facilities at your own risk.
Anyone that staff members deemed to be a nuisance or a danger to other players or are obviously under the influence of alcohol will be asked to leave, should you resist the police will be called to handle the situation.
Remain in designated areas.. do not trespass on our neighbors property
Keep Noise down in camping areas especially after 10pm
WARNING: These are outside activities, outside activities have naturally occurring hazards such as SNAKES, SPIDERS etc, RHWZ trys to ensure a safe environment, however, RHWZ is not liable for any injury resulting from naturally occurring hazards.
Follow all speed limits around the property and within the property.. all unmarked roads around Rose Hill War Zone are a 45 mph limit, speed limit on property is 5 mph – be courteous to our neighbors when arriving and leaving… keep noise to a minimum.
Never fire your marker when you or anyone near you is not wearing proper paintball approved eye protection.
Never remove your goggles in the field or in the elimination zone. You may remove your mask as long as you are in areas designated as SAFE ZONES.
When you are eliminated, call OUT as loud as possible, raise your hand and walk off the field. Do not remove your goggles until you are back at the safe zone.
When you are in the designated safe zone, or not on the playing field, make sure to have your barrel plug in your marker barrel.
Many markers will fire even after a CO2 or high pressure system is removed from the gun. So, always wear goggles when working on your marker - even when the air source is removed.
Do not alter your cylinder or valve in any way or try to remove the cylinder from the valve.
Since velocities have a tendency to fluctuate throughout the day, it is wise to chronograph your marker several times each day during play.
Always keep the safety in the safe position and if your gun has a power feed, keep it in the OFF position when not playing the game or taking a break from play.
Markers should be stored uncharged and unloaded.

Do not shoot cars, homes or other items with painted or finished surfaces. The paintballs are non-toxic but can discolor or dissolve painted or finished surfaces.
Never shoot anything from the marker except water soluble paintballs, Monster paintballs are prohibited.
Remove all power sources before disassembly of a paintball marker.
Never shoot at another person with the intent to cause injury or harm.
Pressurize your paintball devices only when you're ready to use them.
Don't handle, play with, load, use, or shoot a paintball marker while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Observe all safety rules applicable to firearms when handling a paintball marker.
